PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Preve-Shock Plus is a powerful sanitizer and, when added in a larger application, it is a powerful oxidizer. Unlike other chlorine products, it is nearly pH neutral and, as stabilized chlorine, it will not be broken down as quickly by UV light as non-stabilized forms. Preve-Shock Plus can be used on a regular basis for routine oxidiation, breakpoint chlorination, hyperchlorination for the elimination of viruses/parasites, and as an effective treatment of a pool that has had an algae bloom.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE
With pump running and pool not in use, broadcast 1 pound of this product per 10,000 gallons of water directly into the deep end of the pool. To prevent possible damage to pool surface, use a pool brush to disperse any granules that may have settled at the bottom of the pool. Repeat procedure after 24 hours, if needed, to establish a chlorine residual of 2-4ppm as determined by a test kit.
