PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Hello Soft Water is a proprietary blend of naturally occurring minerals that is more pH neutral then other borate products available in the market today. As such, it will not require the use of acids to counteract the pH drift that results from the addition of other borate products. Borates prevent scale and corrosion to pool surfaces and equipment, keep pH from drifting upward, reduce the chlorine consumption by 30-50%, impede algae from growing, and make the water softer, silky, and more comfortable. Borates are a multipurpose super tool that only need to be added to the pool once a year to maintain their positive effects.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE
1. Apply 2 pounds of Hello Soft Water per 1,000 gallons of water. For best results, add the product in two applications, 8 hours apart.
2. Allow pool to operate normally for 24 hours. Then, using a reliable test kit, test pool water to ensure Borate level is at the desired 30-50 ppm range. For maintenance treatment, add 7 pounds of Hello Soft Water for every 10,000 gallons of water to raise level by 10 ppm.
